Sylvain Rodiere
Mechanical structure and installation systems designer
Sylvain is a mechanical structure and installation systems designer on Collins ASG’s clean aviation projects. He is experienced in pylons and fuselage design, from preliminary studies to serial development on various aeronautical programs. He has a bachelor in Eco-design completed by a Master’s degree from CNAM of Toulouse in Aeronautical Engineering.
Damien Buchet
Mechanical systems engineer
Damien is a mechanical systems expert engineer who has worked in the field of Aerostructure and Mechanical systems for more than 20 years. His experiences include the development of pressurized door systems on the full spectrum of aircraft types, leading innovative evolution of door design methodology for reduced complexity while meeting regulations. Damien is currently supporting engineering activities developing state of the art mechanism and composite structure.
Damien holds a Master of Science from ISAE-ENSMA and currently holds 11 patents.
Shruthi Shreedharan
Project engineer
Shruthi is currently a Project engineer on Collins ASG’s clean aviation projects. She has experience in MRO operations & composite repairs at Collins Aerospace Interiors division, as well as integration testing of flight control systems on various Airbus wide-body aircraft, including the BelugaXL. Shruthi has a Masters’ degree in Systems Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, as well as a bachelors in Aeronautical Engineering.
